I’m Carlee Hebert and I’m currently a senior at Texas A&M. I am majoring in Telecommunication Media Studies and double minoring in Psychology and French. I absolutely love my classes, but onto the more fun stuff!
Last spring, I studied abroad in Grenoble, France! I can’t even put into words how much I loved studying abroad and how much I miss everything and everyone from Grenoble. *sighs longingly* I’m really trying to come up with a few short sentences to sum up my time abroad, but it’s impossible. I traveled almost every weekend, met amazing people, learned how to actually speak French, ate the best French food, tasted all the wine, had the best host family… okay so I’m halfway done with my list of the amazing-ness of studying abroad and it’s already too long! Just head over to my study abroad section to learn everything about my four months in France!
You still want to know more about me? Well, here are a few fun facts.
- My habits include finishing a book in a day, setting off the fire alarm when I cook, and buying mugs like they are going out of style.
- My room is stocked full of candles, blankets, and all other cozy things.
- I love getting into the gym, especially for a yoga class.
- Finding an amazing sale can, and has, made my entire day.
As you can see, I’m a little all over the place (an unfortunately not in France anymore). I have so many interests and I don’t want to leave any out. A perfect example: I tried to add a sociology minor, but A&M doesn’t allow three minors. Yeah, that was pretty tough news for me. Anyways, this blog will touch on all of my interests, including (but not limited to) study abroad, fashion, college, health, and saving money.
Through this blog, I hope to share my experiences and tips with you. Life can be hard, but I’m here to make it a little easier. Stick around and read a few posts, then comment and let me know what you think! Be sure to subscribe and connect with me on social media!
