As you can tell, I’ve decided to start a blog – and I am incredibly excited about it! I hope to share a little glimpse of my life and I’ll be talking about a little bit of everything.
I just finished my first year in college (which was amazing) and I’m super excited to start back in the fall. I know, I’m THAT person who enjoys college. Honestly, I could probably stay in college forever, majoring in everything. Unfortunately, my parents don’t approve and I don’t have the money to fund an infinite education. I recently tried to add a minor to my degree plan, but Texas A&M doesn’t allow three minors. Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to hit the books on my own!
In the spring, I will be heading out to Grenoble, France to study abroad. Grenoble is located in the mountains kind of by Italy. I can barely contain my excitement for this opportunity. Preparing to study abroad is quite a feat so I will be documenting my preparation here. Hopefully, it can help future study abroad students. I am currently in the application process with a study abroad company, Academic Programs International (API), and I have my flight to France booked. However, I don’t have my flight home booked yet so maybe I just won’t come home. I think I could easily live in France!
I will also be sharing my tips and knowledge on other topics like fashion and modeling. I’m currently creating a capsule wardrobe which I can’t wait to share with you. I’ll also be heading to a photography conference in Las Vegas to model. I will get to see all of my wonderful photographer friends and get some amazing pictures.
Speaking of photographers, my two absolute favorite people, Christine and Jeff Tonkin of DigiSmiles, captured this adorable photo of me with my favorite puppy. Her name is Ember and she is a mini Australian Shepherd. She has quite the personality, loves sharing apples with me, and still cries when I come home.
